Student applications: If you apply to Phoina Beauty Training Institute we collect the details you enter (such as name, phone, email, area, education level, course choice and your goals). We use them only to process your application and contact you. Applications are stored in a Google Sheet that only authorised staff can open, and you can ask us to correct or delete your application at any time.
Social media and third-party services: Our website links to our Instagram and Facebook accounts, our Google Business Profiles, Google Maps and WhatsApp. When you follow one of these links, or tap a WhatsApp button, you leave this website and the service’s own privacy policy applies. Where we show recent Instagram posts, the pictures are copied to and served from our own website, so the page does not load Instagram scripts or place Instagram cookies in your browser; tapping a picture opens it on Instagram. Our pages load fonts from Google Fonts, and the contact page can show a Google Map, which means your browser contacts Google when those load. The booking and contact forms may use Cloudflare Turnstile, a privacy-focused bot check, which loads from Cloudflare when you start filling in a form and may process technical information from your browser to tell people from automated programs. We use Google Analytics 4 to understand how the website is used (for example which pages are visited and which buttons are tapped). It uses cookies and similar identifiers and sends usage data, such as pages viewed, device and browser type, and approximate location, to Google; we do not use it to identify you personally and we do not use advertising cookies. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings, or install Google’s opt-out add-on for Google Analytics.
