What deposit is required for a booking?
A booking is confirmed after a 50% non-refundable deposit. The remaining balance is due 14 days before the service date. Please read the full booking terms.
Which beauty services do you offer?
We offer hair, makeup, nails, bridal beauty, wig installation, braiding and beauty treatments in Nairobi. Browse the services page for details.
What payment methods do you accept?
Phoina Beauty accepts M-Pesa Buy Goods via Till Number 880999 and cash.
What are your opening hours?
The salon is open Monday to Saturday, 9:00 AM to 6:30 PM, and closed on Sundays. The Training Institute campus is open Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM to 5:30 PM, and Saturday, 9:00 AM to 12:00 PM. Contact us before travelling if you need to confirm availability for a specific service.
